At launch, SIX7 serves customers within the United States. We currently offer complimentary tracked standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses.
Delivery estimates
Our accessories are dispatched by independent fulfilment partners. Some items ship from overseas, including China. Many current supplier estimates are approximately 9–18 calendar days to U.S. destinations, although handling, the carrier, destination, customs processing and other factors can affect transit time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Tracking your order
We will make available tracking information after dispatch when supplied by the carrier. Tracking scans can take time to appear. If you purchase multiple pieces, they may ship in separate parcels.
Delays and unavailable items
If we cannot ship an order within the promised or legally applicable time, we will contact you about available options, including a refund where required. Please tell us promptly if tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your parcel.
Customs charges
Import duties or other border charges may apply to orders fulfilled from outside the U.S. These are not assumed to be included unless expressly stated at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you need information about charges for a specific style.
