PU and leather-look finishes
For most PU or coated finishes, gently wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry naturally. Avoid harsh solvents, prolonged moisture, high heat, and extended direct sunlight. Do not treat a leather-look finish as genuine leather unless the product details explicitly say so.
Suede-look and textured fabrics
Use a soft dry brush or clean cloth with a light touch. Avoid saturating the fabric. Test any cleaning treatment on an inconspicuous area first.
Shape and storage
Store bags in a cool, dry place. Lightly fill structured bags with clean paper to help preserve their shape. Avoid overloading small bags and protect delicate details from abrasion.
